Karan Anshuman's personal journeys in film and writing have taken him to places less seen and on roads less traveled, and helped him form a world-view that is often at odds with conventional wisdom. In the guise of genre, his work is subversive and political.
He currently resides in Mumbai and is a screenwriter and director making films about a coming of age India, keeping with global standards and aspirations. He's also co-founder and producer of his production firm, Atomic Films.
Karan was named GQ's 50 Most Influential Young Indians in 2018. He is passionate about scuba diving, emerging tech, coffee, and climate action.
